Nicest delivery folks ever, come to my door - take my bag of laundry and bring it back and folded better then I ever could do and smelling amazing! I love that they pick up and drop off at night as this was the only time I could guarantee I'd be around which I'm pretty sure was a deliberate tactic on their part. I get a text at 7 pm telling about when to expect the driver and who it will be and can track how many deliveries before me in real time before they will arrive.”

I've hand washed them and they don't come out with that kind of bounce and texture. They left me with awesome sturdy bags for the next round of laundry and dry cleaning. I'm already packing them. I want to put my whole life in it and have Rinse send it back to me all neatly folded and fresh.”
