“Not only was the process extremely seamless, but you are given status updates throughout the day, as well as someone texting you exactly when they are there to pickup your bag/when they have dropped it back off! The clothes are returned neatly folded and often grouped by item, which is....awesome. Folding laundry is my least favorite part, LOL! You can also request next day service for an upcharge which is nice if you're on a time crunch! Leonardo has serviced my delivery location and has been exceptional! So nice and very efficient.”
