“I work really long and exhaustive hours. I often come home too late to take to the wash & fold near my house (which I don't like using anyway) or I spend hours at the laundry mat on the weekends if I'm not away. This leaves a really small window of time to do laundry. I'm a laundry snob and really enjoy doing my own laundry but it's not a possibility at this point in my life. I like that my clothes smell and feel clean when they are returned back to me. I can tell they're actually clean. And I like that they are picked up from my house when I'm home from work. ”

“Attention to detail is excellent. Giving a 2 hour time frame for deliveries/pick ups from 8 pm-10 pm is good, but the following up text at 7 pm narrowing the time to 15 minutes increments is great! You take the inconvenience out of waiting around as much as you can”
