We're taking on a massive consumer problem and creating a significantly better dry cleaning and laundry experience through the combination of smart scheduling, best-in-class quality, and a strong technology backbone.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Product Manager, you will be directly responsible for a well-loved consumer product used across nine metropolitan areas, with more on the way. You'll work cross-functionally with a strong team of product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, operations managers, and senior leadership. You'll have significant agency and visibility, working across our product, from customer-facing mobile apps to back-end warehouse tools.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL... 

• Work closely with other stakeholders to define changes and additions to our product that would have meaningful business impact and attractive return on investment.

• Perform rigorous analyses and create clear verbal, written, and graphic evidence to support data-driven decision making.

• Collaborate with our design team to iteratively refine product vision while facilitating design velocity and managing mockup fidelity. 

• Create and maintain documentation to support software development efforts.

• Support acceptance testing and the change management associated with feature releases.

• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and customer service teams to ensure good rapport with our customers.

• Conduct surveys, studies, and interviews to further Rinse's understanding of our customers, product, and market.

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU...  
 

• Have 2-10 years of professional product management experience.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment. You're comfortable using data to guide your decisions, but also know when to trust your instincts.

• Are able to drive change cross-functionally and across the organization.

• Are able to maintain a growth mindset in a constantly evolving environment.

• Effectively communicate to executives, engineers, marketers, and operations staff alike, via written documents, presentations, and conversation.

• Love diving into data, tracking trends, and performing statistically-rigorous tests.

• Have familiarity with software engineering practices and an instinct for development difficulty.
