“I've been using Rinse since I moved back to Chicago in July, and they have been absolutely amazing. The drivers are super responsive and flexible. There have been a number of times in which I haven't been home when they were coming by to drop things off and it's been super easy to communicate with them via text and figure out where the best drop-off location is. It really couldn't be easier, and the quality is always great!!”

“My laundry was folded with care (fitted sheets, anyone?!?) and even my workout clothes look like they did when I first bought them. I've hand washed them and they don't come out with that kind of bounce and texture. They left me with awesome sturdy bags for the next round of laundry and dry cleaning. I'm already packing them. I want to put my whole life in it and have Rinse send it back to me all neatly folded and fresh.”

“Best thing since slice bread! In all honesty, I can't believe I have not used them till now. Nicest delivery folks ever, come to my door - take my bag of laundry and bring it back and folded better then I ever could do and smelling amazing! I love that they pick up and drop off at night as this was the only time I could guarantee I'd be around which I'm pretty sure was a deliberate tactic on their part. I get a text at 7 pm telling about when to expect the driver and who it will be and can track how many deliveries before me in real time before they will arrive.”
